When an infodemic accompanies an epidemic, and an overabundance of incorrect information floods the marketplace, business communicators have a job to do – and they are uniquely positioned and equipped to make a real difference.

My value comes from my ability to go deep – to spend time with the hard problems, to produce at an elite level. That is what clients pay me for.
